ORDERS
Orders must be placed by 12 noon at the latest in order to guarantee delivery / collection the following day. Our pick-up times are as follows: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. after communication.

Our logistic partner is the Post or delivered by AGO Imports in special cases.

YOUTH PROTECTION
In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, alcoholic beverages may not be sold to young people under the age of 16, and spirits to minors under the age of 18, in accordance with legal requirements. By ordering from AGO Imports GmbH you acknowledge these provisions and confirm that you are entitled to purchase.

SHIPPING
Delivery only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Deliveries to the city of Zurich and Horgen  are free from CHF 100. Postage costs of less than CHF 100 will becharged CHF 15.00.

The following delivery costs apply to the rest of Switzerland and Lichtenstein:
For orders under CHF 350, a flat rate of CHF 17 will be charged for shipping and packaging.

PAYMENT METHODS
Prepayment (Direct bank payment)
Invoice (Rechnung)

Our prices include VAT. The invoices are payable within 10 days. The delivery is carried out by AGO Imports GmbH with retention of title until the customer has fulfilled all of his obligations towards AGO Imports GmbH. New customers are supplied against prepayment.

Please note that in case of delayed payment we will charge an additional amount of CHF 20 for administrative work.

RETENTION OF THE TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. We are entitled at any time to have the retention of title registered with the responsible authority.

THE NEW PRIVACY
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on May 25, 2018. We would like to point out that we only use your personal data for use in connection with our AGO Imports GmbH. We do not pass this data on to third parties.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION
AGO Imports’s business is based exclusively on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Horgen ZH.
